Significance:
- National Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhan Diwas, is a significant day in Indian history as it marks the adoption of the Indian Constitution .
- The day is celebrated to honour Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, the Chairman of the Drafting Committee, and other members who played a crucial role in framing the Constitution.
- The assembly serves as a reminder of the values of justice, liberty, equality, fraternity written in the Constitution.

On 26th November 2024 the students of F.Y.B.Ed Assembly Group 2 conducted an assembly on National Constitution Day. The assembly commenced with a brief introduction about the importance of National Constitution Day. A tribute to the framers of the Constitution, especially Dr. B.R.Ambedkar. The PREAMBLE of the Constitution was read aloud by Miss Lubna to reaffirm our commitment to its principles. Speeches by Students of Assembly Group 2 highlighted the significance of the Constitution. An activity session with a time limit held by Miss Aqsa was about a word search game and the words were related to the National Constitution. Quiz Competition was also held on National Constitution Day.
Learning Outcome:
- A deeper understanding of the Constitution and its importance in maintaining democracy and justice in India.
- Awareness of their rights and duties as citizens.
- Enhanced appreciation for the values of equality, liberty and fraternity.
Conclusion:
The National Constitution Day Assembly was a resounding success. It not only commemorated a pivotal moment in Indian history but also instilled a sense of pride and responsibility in students. The assembly served as a valuable educational experience, reinforcing the principles of the Constitution and encouraging students to be informed and active citizens.
