Convocation Ceremony of B.Ed Batch 2020-2022 & 2021-2023
On 27th of April, Humera Khan College of Education organized Convocation Ceremony of B.Ed Batch 2020-2022 & 2021-2023 with great pomp and splendor. The event marked a significant milestone in the academic journey of the graduating students as they received their well-deserved degrees and diplomas.
The convocation ceremony commenced with Mumbai University Song and Lamp Lighting, followed by a prayer dance by FYB.Ed students and welcome address delivered by Prof. Varsha Gamare Ma’am and Our Principal Dr. Masarrat Ali Ma’am highlighting the achievements and successes of the graduating class. Dr. Sunita Magre – Professor and Head of Mumbai University served as the Chief Guest for the ceremony. Distinguished guests, faculty members, parents, and friends graced the occasion, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The highlight of the event was the conferral of degrees and diplomas to the graduating students. Each graduate walked across the stage with a sense of pride and accomplishment, symbolizing the culmination of years of hard work and dedication.
The event concluded on a high note with a vote of thanks, expressing appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the convocation ceremony. Graduates, along with their families and friends, celebrated their accomplishments with joy and camaraderie, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
The convocation ceremony was held under the guidance of our principal Dr. Masarrat Ali, Chief Coordinator Prof Varsha Gamare, Dr. Sandhya Sarwade, Prof. Vidya Vishwakarma, Dr. Avani Kanakia, Prof. Vikas Yadav and B.Ed Students.
Annual Convocation & Degree Distribution
An Astounding and enchanting Convocation ceremony was held on 31st May 2022, in Humera Khan College of Education, Oshiwara. It all started with great enthusiasm and support from Principal ma’am Dr Neelu Sharma along with faculty members Prof.Varsha Maru, Prof Vidya Vishwakarma and Non-teaching Staff Asif Chougle sir.
General Secretary Anjum Khan, Assistant General Secretary Preeti Yadav and Assistant General Secretary Zeba Khan, Cultural Head Farhin Shaikh, Co-curricular Head Nada Shaikh, Assembly Head Barkatunnisa Khan, Technical head Nishat shaikh along with Khalid Shaikh the council team organised the entire event efficiently.
The Graduation ceremony of Humera khan college of education, Oriental College of Commerce and Management and Oriental College of Education and Research were held in conjunction. It started off with the academic procession led by Prof. Vidya, Prof.Veena, and Prof Swejal in the presence of notable dignitaries.
The students present for the ceremony advanced together towards the auditorium where the event was about to take place. After the arrival of each and every one of us, the event began with a University song.
The event later preceded with the lighting of the lamp completed by all the respectable dignitaries Prof Patrao ma’am, Prof Neelu ma’am, Prof Yusuf sir, Prof Jadhav sir, Prof Sandhaya ma’am and Prof Madhusudan sir, followed by the gong play by honourable Chief guest Prof Yusuf Khan furthermore there was a short introduction of the management giving insights about the founding members and driving force at Humera Khan College. The host for the events Preeti Yadav and Eelaf Deshmukh pursued further with the event.
They were commendable throughout. Welcoming and felicitation of the event was initiated by Prof Varsha Maru introducing about chief guest Prof.Yusuf Khan sir(Director and professor of MMS of Humera khan college) felicitated by Dr Neelu Sharma Ma’am adding further the event started with the introduction of the guest Prof.Santosh Jadhav sir(Principal of Oriental college of commerce and management) by Manisha ma’am followed by the introduction of Sandhya ma’am(chief co-ordinator of Oriental college of commerce and management) by Prof.Manisha ma’am
Sushmita patro(principal of the oriental college of education and research) was introduced by Prof Vinayak sir Prof Varsha ma’am introduced Dr Neelu Sharma ma’am (principal of Humera khan college of education)lastly Prof.Madhusudan.N.Saraf sir was felicitated by Veena ma’am Essential Oath of convocation was given by Sandhaya ma’am. The event was taken further by report reading done by the principal of Oriental college of commerce and management by Prof.Jadhav sir, Oriental college of education and research by Prof.Sushmita ma’am lastly Humera khan college of education by Dr Neelu Sharma ma’am Additionally the gathering was addressed by honourable Chief guest Prof Yusuf Khan sir. Moving forward the degrees were distributed in the following manner starting with Oriental college of commerce and management, followed by the Oriental college of education and research and lastly Humera khan college of education, students were honoured with their degrees. There was a session of Alumni talk which motivated students to share their experiences.
Lastly, as every beautiful event has an ending to make this event more beautiful and nostalgic there was a vote of thanks given by Prof.Vinayak sir Well with lots of memories and good wishes the programme came to an end with the national anthem and further there were arrangements made for refreshments for the students to gather their energy and click their photos on the photo booth and store their memories.

The ceremony was jointly organized by our very own Humara Khan College of Education and Oriental College of Education. The Principal Dr. Neelu Sharma of HKC and Principal of OCER Dr. Ratnaprabha Rajmane with the Faculty members and students worked hard and made this astounding ceremony came to life.
The chief guest of the ceremony was Mr. Sanjay Neerupam. A person of great success and inspiration. The Guest of honour was Dr. Savita Manchekar. She motivated the students through her inspiring words from the virtual video.
The whole ceremony had a euphoric environment. The students had a chance to relive their memories. Congratulations to all the students for their achievements. Here’s to their successful future endeavours

B.Ed Degrees Conferred at HKCE – Convocation Ceremony
Humera Khan College of Education Jogeshwari (W) had organized the Annual Convocation ceremony on 23rd January 2016 at 10.30 am in the college auditorium.
On this occasion Dr. Vipul Vyas Principal of Oriental College of Commerce and Management was the Chief Guest stated that ,”Education is not about to gain only knowledge, however it means, learning the ways to be happy, learning the way to keep others happy, learning the way to live in society, learning the way to tackle challenges, learning the way to help others, learning the way to care elders, and learning the way how to behave with others.
On this occasion Mrs. S. Fida Vice Principal Oriental College of Commerce and Management was the Guest of Honour for the function . “Teachers were the path-finders of society. A Teacher is a role model and must be the torch-bearer for the positive change and human endeavour, which is the primary goal of the education.” She stated this while giving her convocational address at the convocation ceremoney. She also said, that ,“The education must reach us to overcome the challenges in life.”
On this occasion Dr. Naaz Dhakam Principal of Oriental College of Education presided over the function .
Earlier, the guest were welcomed and the brief review of the academic achievements were presented by HKCE Principal Dr. Kishori Mestry.
OCCM, OCER & HKCE collaboratively organized the convocation ceremony.
The ceremony ended by singing the National Anthem.
